So whatโ€™s the rave about this new skincare hack called Slugging? Itโ€™s in fact a key skincare method that many people (like me!) have been doing for years! And only now has it claimed its stand in the limelight.

Slugging is when you use a ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฟ of an ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ; these work by creating a protective layer on the surface of your skin and create a barrier to prevent moisture loss.

Some great occlusive moisturisers are Vaseline & Nivea!
