Aligned For Life Chiropractic will be at Bookham Village day on Saturday 17 June. It looks like it's going to be scorcher so why not pop down and say hi. The ice cream van is normally opposite us in the field so you grab some cooling refreshments too!

I'm often asked, what position should I sleep in? Hopefully the picture below helps but always remember certain medical conditions will dictate how you sleep, e.g those that suffer with sleep apnoea shouldn't sleep on their back and pregnant women should lie on there side.
