Another year and another 5k LETS GO!

For each day in Feb we completed 10 press up PLUS a further few dictated by the day of the month. So on the 1st of Feb we did 10+1 press ups. That means that by the 28th Feb we had completed a total of 351 press ups! Congrats to everyone who followed along!

Our FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE starts today: 10 press-ups each day PLUS the same amount as the day of the month it is. So today’s total is 11 press-ups. **Those who signed up hand received the video link showing proper technique.

Our annual 🎄Festive Fitness Feast 🎄started with an outdoor circuit session with a festive twist before heading off for a 10km woodland walk and ending with a warming cup of soup.

Great to meet the future 6th Formers at Cranleigh School last night. Plenty of interest for our next Personal Trainer Diploma course offered to 6th formers during term time and as an alternative to an EPQ.
