Finding that Friday morning focus at Axis Pilates! ⚖️
We’re taking the Swimming exercise to the next level today. By placing the overball under one knee, we’ve turned a classic move into a total-body balance challenge. It’s all about those deep stabilizers and keeping the spine long, even when the floor feels a little "wobbly."
