And that’s a wrap!
6 1/2 years of full-time classes and personal training, slowly tapering into part-time work and ending after 2 1/2 years of aqua fit.
It was the perfect stepping stone from the Royal Air Force into my civilian life and I have loved training, laughing and hopefully inspiring my clients.
Fitness is very simple. Be balanced in what you eat and drink and move. Fads don’t work and you should move daily. It can often help your mental health and can even at times defy aging…
Don’t pay a lot of money for it, don’t reach for the quick fixes - they will only work for so long.
