This new treatment has been carefully put together to help promote overall wellbeing, relieve tension and deeply relax your body and mind.

🦶Starting at the feet with Reflexology, pressure is applied to areas that correspond to parts of the body. This popular complimentary therapy is used to help promote healing, relieve stress and aid pain relief.

🤲Then, moving on to the back, neck and shoulders for a deep tissue massage. This tension relieving massage will help reduce pain caused by poor posture, overuse or stress. Trigger point therapy can also be used to target those deeper fibres and fascia. Overall helping with aching, tension headaches and aiding movement.

Do you suffer with upper back and neck tension?

Maybe caused by poor posture or sitting at a desk for long periods. When muscles are overworked in this way they become tired and irritated. Often leading to:

*Headaches
*Pain or burning sensation within the muscle
*Reduced movement (difficulty doing up your bra or turning your head when driving)
*Referred pain down arms into hands
*Interrupted sleep
*Low mood/energy levels

By working on the pec muscles, we can begin to restore balance and realign the shoulder blades. In turn, aiding the back muscles from over stretching and improving rounded/elevated shoulders.

Rather than my usual giveway, I've decided to run a raffle in aid of raising money for the very necessary and life saving service - a charity that helps support people suffering with their mental health. I will also be taking on the challenge of running 2 miles everyday in February to cover 58 miles in the month.

As lots of you know, massage and other complimentary therapies can help with managing stress and the impact it has on the body and mind. Many, if not all of my clients use their treatment sessions with me as a necessary form of self care.
