If you are thinking about home care for yourself or loved ones, we understand each and everyone of us is individual and have unique lives, we can create a care plan that is as individual as you are. At Serenity Care we can support you with home care for Companionship, Personal Care, Dementia Care and Alzheimer’s Care as well as social visits in and out of the home, this includes supporting you with hobbies and interests, even visiting family and friends. Keeping healthy at home through good nutrition is important to everyone but even more so as we get a little older, we can help support you with preparing and cooking meals, shopping for essentials and errands, why not chat to one of our care team for more information on how we can support you at home. Medication maybe necessary as we get that little bit older and our fully trained Caregivers can support with medication, which may include administer or a gentle reminder or prompt, you can discuss your unique medication needs in confidence with our friendly team. Whether it’s helping someone settle for the night, being there in case they wake, or offering full support throughout the early hours, our Overnight Care services provide calm, compassionate reassurance when it’s needed most.

💬 Because night-time shouldn’t mean uncertainty, it should mean rest, security, and dignity.

We offer two types of overnight support, depending on needs:

🛏️ Sleep-In Nights
A trusted carer is present in the home throughout the night, available if needed, ideal for those who feel vulnerable or may need occasional help.

🌙 Awake Nights
A carer remains awake and alert, offering continuous support for those with more complex conditions, frequent care needs, or who are at risk of night-time wandering, confusion or discomfort.

Overnight care is especially valuable for:
