Apologies for poor service this week!.
The planned sale of the business fell through…
But another skilled technician saw the great service we have developed and we will be up and running on Tuesday 8th of July.
Naomi will be running a clinic in Lee that day.
Wi******er service will continue as normal.
Let anyone know who had difficulty getting through this week.

It really helps a small family run business. We do not have the budget of large optician and pharmacy chains who are using handheld and headsets (As per maker of handheld- operating microscope is gold standard, ours can never be as good).

Earwax providers- don’t take advantage of frail people!

Who to see if I need earwax removal. Ask how long their training was, how many observed procedures did they do and were they signed off? You need more than a 1 day course!
We are receiving many clients who have had poor service elsewhere including well known national optician brands.

Earwax removal. Focus on quality, good customer experience, and making sure the canal is clean, the ear can hear to best of its ability with minimum of discomfort. No need to oil!
