Sound is a vibration that travels through air , water and solid & therefore through the human body.
Sound has the capacity to shift the neuro chemistry and the neurobiology in a profound and unprecedented way as a therapeutic tool, as well as a technique to unleash human potential.

* You have a severe mental health issue or suffer from serious heart or brain conditions
* You are taking heavy medication (need to be off any heavy medication for a least a year)
* You are in the first trimester of your pregnancy

* You have a pacemaker or other metal implant
* You suffer from sound induced epilepsy
* You have had recent brain surgery

I’m super excited to be sharing a SUPER 💥POWERFUL kundalini kriya to dissolve inner anger 😡( on zoom)

Many of us carry unresolved anger in our body that tends to stagnate or be expressed in unhelpful, even toxic ways. Society tends to vilify anger and so we learn to internalise it. This kundalini yoga kriya for anger helps us to release unresolved angers, and stored up, dense energies, allowing us to release them in a healthy way.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

This will be a Three day challenge !

Starting Tuesday 13th May at 6 am.
It will be a three minute kriya with a quick warmup to start 👍
