In my office in Guisborough I have the words TRYING & YET written on my whiteboard. I always say how do you know it doesn't chill your head if you've not tried it. Last night I went to try fire and ice again but this time it included 20 minutes of breath work after. This something I've tried before and struggled with but I thought I'd give it another shot. We change as people, I've changed a lot over the last few years so thought I'd give it another go. The heat and the cold plunge pool I bloody love but I still can't get my head around breath work. It doesn't do anything for me. My point here though is even if you've tried something, go give it another go and see what it does. Keep trying different things..!!

I mentioned this in a video a month ago to give people a 2 month warning. As from February 1st 2026 my price will be £50 for 60 minutes. It was £45 however the cost of everything as gone up so much over the last year and I've managed to keep the same price in fact I'm proud that I managed to keep my prices frozen since the start of my private practice because it's about helping people and not the money.

What a year...!! Thank you to every single person that came to see me, allowing me to be part of your own process. It still amazes me how different all our minds work. I try my hardest to put absolutely everything into helping people realise they are the expert of themselves and that they are unique and it's about them and not what people tell them to do.

I love my work and feel so privileged to be in this position. Like I've said it wasn't long ago I was having horrible thoughts and struggled to get off the sofa.

Thank you again for trusting me and all the hard work that you all do.

Leaving 2925 behind with great pride and looking forward to seeing you all in 2026.
