Looking for a healthy way to get to the practice? Have you considered cycling? At Kirkstall Lane Medical Centre we would like to champion the benefits of walking and cycling to get to the practice for those who are able to do so. As well as the environmental benefits, these forms of exercise can significantly improve your cardiovascular health. We have cycle parking available on site and are hoping to install improved facilities soon. Please see the following website to help plan a safe route to the practice: https://www.leeds.gov.uk/parking-roads-and-travel/connecting-leeds-and-transforming-travel/cycling/cycle-routes
