Tear trough filler is one of the treatments I get asked about most — and one I approach most carefully.
When it’s right for someone, the results can be genuinely transformative. Hollowing beneath the eyes, dark shadows, that permanent tired look — carefully placed filler can address all of that.
But it’s not right for everyone. Puffiness, loose skin or prominent eye bags are not indications for filler — and treating them as if they are can make things look worse, not better. That honest assessment before anything is agreed is what protects you.
It’s also one of the most technically demanding areas to treat. Anatomy here is complex, the margin for error is small, and the product and placement have to be right. This is not the treatment to shop around for on price.
If you’ve been thinking about tear trough filler, start with a proper consultation.

Morpheus8 gets talked about a lot. What it actually does is understood by fewer people than you’d think.
It combines two technologies simultaneously — microneedling and radiofrequency energy. The needles create precise channels in the skin; the radiofrequency delivers controlled heat beneath the surface. The result is collagen remodelling that tightens, smooths and refines — with improvements that continue for months after treatment.
But in experienced hands, Morpheus8 is more than a skin quality treatment. Depth, energy levels and placement can all be adjusted by area. Along the jawline, jowls and under the chin, it becomes something closer to a sculpting device — improving definition and contour in ways that skin treatments alone can’t achieve.
That precision is what separates a good result from a great one.
If you’ve been considering Morpheus8 and want to understand what it could realistically do for you, book a consultation at the link in bio.

Polynucleotides are one of the treatments I’m most excited about right now — and one of the most misunderstood.
They’re not a filler. They don’t add volume or structure. They work at a cellular level — stimulating your skin to repair and regenerate from within, using highly purified DNA fragments to trigger your own collagen production.
The patients who benefit most are those noticing a change in skin quality rather than volume. Crepey texture. Tired eyes. Skin that looks worn rather than deflated. That’s where polynucleotides do their best work.
Results build gradually — expect to see real improvement at six to eight weeks, continuing beyond that. Two sessions to start, usually four weeks apart.
It’s a treatment that rewards patience. And the results tend to surprise people.

Most people try Profhilo once. The patients who notice it most are the ones who make it part of their routine.
Two sessions to start, six to eight weeks apart. Then a maintenance session every six months. That’s it. And in the background, it’s doing more than most people realise.
Profhilo contains one of the highest concentrations of pure hyaluronic acid available — significantly higher than the HA in most combination skin boosters. It doesn’t add volume or structure. It works beneath the surface to hydrate, firm and remodel — the kind of improvement that builds quietly over time and becomes most obvious when you stop.
I think of it as the foundation. The thing that keeps everything else looking its best.
If you’ve been considering it, or wondering whether it’s worth keeping up — happy to answer questions below or book a consultation at the link in bio.

Sagging along the jawline and under the chin — this is one of the most common concerns I see, and one Morpheus8 addresses well.
Two views showing the improvement in definition and contour after a course of treatment. The skin quality speaks for itself too — smoother, more refined, without anything looking done.
Results continue to build for months after the final session.

This is the FaceTite — and it sits in a category of its own.
For patients with jowls, a loose neck, or loss of definition in the lower face, it delivers results that non-surgical treatments simply can’t match — without surgery, without general anaesthetic, and with recovery measured in days.
Radiofrequency energy delivered precisely beneath the skin, tightening the deep tissue from within. The result develops over months as collagen remodels — and it lasts.
If you’ve been told the only option is surgery — it’s worth having a conversation first.

Chin filler is one of the most impactful filler treatments.
A small amount of volume in the right place changes the entire profile — better balance, stronger definition, a face that looks naturally more refined.
In this case, a touch of cheek definition completed the picture. Subtle, but transformative.
No surgery. No downtime. Just an honest conversation and a plan.

Most lip filler regrets come down to one thing — and it’s not the filler.
It’s the person holding the syringe.
Lips go wrong when placement ignores proportion. When volume is added without understanding how the lips relate to the rest of the face. When the goal is bigger rather than better.
As a doctor, I assess the whole face first. Lip shape, facial symmetry, skin quality, age-related changes. The treatment plan comes after that conversation — not before it.
The result? Lips that look like yours, just better.
If you’ve been put off by results you’ve seen — come and have an honest conversation first.
