Tear trough filler is one of the treatments I get asked about most — and one I approach most carefully.
When it’s right for someone, the results can be genuinely transformative. Hollowing beneath the eyes, dark shadows, that permanent tired look — carefully placed filler can address all of that.
But it’s not right for everyone. Puffiness, loose skin or prominent eye bags are not indications for filler — and treating them as if they are can make things look worse, not better. That honest assessment before anything is agreed is what protects you.
It’s also one of the most technically demanding areas to treat. Anatomy here is complex, the margin for error is small, and the product and placement have to be right. This is not the treatment to shop around for on price.
If you’ve been thinking about tear trough filler, start with a proper consultation.
