Thank you to everyone who joined us today for Winter pose, Yin & Yoga Nidra class.
It was such a gift to share this slow, quiet practice with you 🤍
In today’s floor-based Yin practice, we gently supported the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians, linked in Chinese medicine with our energy levels, resilience and sense of grounding. We focused on the hips, inner legs, hamstrings and spine, while also lightly opening the chest, arms, upper body to balance deep rest with emotional warmth and clarity.
By holding poses for a few minutes, noticing sensation without forcing and pausing between shapes, we gave the nervous system space to calm and restore energy.
