Begin with a restorative 75-min partner yoga session designed for deep, supported stretches and relaxation. Expect gentle, supported postures, restorative partner holds, and slow breath work that nurtures connection, gratitude and deep relaxation.
After a short break, you will return for a 60-min heart chakra opening crystal sound bath with the healing tones of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, soft drum beat in the rhythm of your heart beat. A truly special energy experience to rebalance your system. Just bliss.
Your journey continues into our outdoor Spa, which includes the use of the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Pool, Relax Lounge and Private Hot Tubs.

3:30pm 2-hour Spa Garden Experience
