Meet the Team: Nicole (she/her) | Supported Living Team Leader 📣

Nicole studied Psychology at Leeds Trinity University, before completing her Master's Degree in Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Huddersfield 🎓

She joined us back in 2022 as a Community Support Worker, bringing a solid background in support work with her. Thanks to her dedication and passion for supporting our client to achieve, she was promoted to Team Leader in June 2023!

Nicole works closely with service users to develop bespoke care plans tailored to their individual needs.

Meet Ryan (he/him), our Corporate Governance Lead! 📣

Ryan joined Unity Plus in October 2022 and has been a key part of the team for over three years. With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, he brings a deep understanding of human behaviour to everything he does.

As Corporate Governance Lead, Ryan ensures we operate to the highest regulatory standards. His work involves detailed data analysis, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement to support both our staff and service users. His role is vital in helping us live out our mission: Supporting You to Achieve.

When he’s not at work, Ryan is out exploring nature with his beloved (and very spoiled) Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Reggie 🦮
