Farooq, our Co-Managing Director, had a brilliant visit yesterday with the Women’s Institute members at Oakwood Church in Roundhay, Leeds 💛

He demonstrated CPR techniques, how to use an AED and what to do in choking emergencies. The turnout was fantastic, with thoughtful questions and great discussion throughout.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to the West Yorkshire Federation of Womens Institute for the warm welcome. Learning these skills really can save lives.

Layer up with warm clothing like wool and fleeces.
Wear hats, gloves and thick socks to protect hands and feet.
Keep your home cosy by blocking draughts and closing curtains at night.
Enjoy hot meals and drinks, stay gently active and use extra blankets at bedtime.
