Haven’t posted for a while as been busy doing what I love most…. seeing clients and supporting them in their journey. But it’s world menopause day and I couldn’t let it pass. My work over the last 5 years has been so rewarding in so many ways but also taught me that sadly, women struggle to access the high quality care they need and deserve. There are many reasons for this including a lack of awareness, lack of knowledge in health professionals, stigma, health inequities and lack of high quality research and product development. This needs to change! I’m so privileged to have been a part of so many women’s journey and so humbled that women feel my support has changed their lives. Most of my work comes from recommendations now which reminds me why I chose to be a Doctor but also makes me very proud. Thank you to everyone who has put their faith in me….. it means so much.
