I’m so excited to invite you to a beautiful evening of cacao, crystal sound healing and gentle energy work at BB Style House 🤍

This is a space to pause…
To breathe…
To reconnect back to yourself.

We will begin with heart-opening ceremonial cacao, followed by a guided meditation to settle the mind and body. You’ll then be immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and gong, allowing your nervous system to fully relax and reset.

Gentle energy healing will also be offered throughout the evening to support balance, release and alignment ✨

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already on your spiritual journey, this evening is open to all.
