An afternoon on a farm spent cow cuddling, hen feeding, lamb spotting, goat kissing and dog fussing.

My cup hasn’t felt especially full for a little while, but today it’s pretty much overflowing. Would recommend 🧡🐮

Yes, it’s another muscle up video 🤷🏻‍♂️

A year ago to the day I set out trying to get this skill. A lot has happened in that time, some good and some really, really not good.

I know this isn’t Yoga - BUT - it’s proof that when you show up for yourself time and time again, especially when things get tough, good things can and do happen. And other people will show up for you too.

Do the hard thing. Be willing to be s**t at something for a bit. Keep showing up.

You 👏 can 👏 do 👏 hard 👏 things 👏
