Happy Belated Summer Solstice.

I took the opportunity to celebrate for the first time this year and it was wonderful, the perfect weather and the perfect location to watch the sun set. It was a gentle hug to myself that I needed.

It's Reiki Day ✨

I've not been advertising my Reiki courses recently but these 2 lovely ladies came to me asking if they could do their level 2, so of course I said yes.

It was a lovely gentle push back into teaching and as always I loved it.

It always brings me back to the roots of where how we can use Reiki to support ourselves and our own wellbeing and how best to support others.

I'm really good at the supporting others but need the reminder to look after me too.

What a fabulous day it was.

Well done Jess and Jane. Sending you both love and light on the next level of your Reiki journey.
