Today is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year. It’s the day we have the most darkness of the year, but it also brings the hope of the returning light, as we know from now the days will start to get longer.

It’s the perfect time to reflect on anything you are ready to let go of and consider what you want to grow in your life as the light starts to return.

If you would like to work with these energies, I’ve included some journal prompts for you below and recorded a special Yoga Nidra for you to listen to.

Try and find some time where you won’t be disturbed, light a candle, take some deep breaths, make yourself a cuppa and take your some time to answer these questions. There are no right or wrong answers, this is about being honest with yourself. 💜💜💜

A little story today one of my clients….

This is the support I offer in my group programs, classes, workshops, 1-2-1s, retreats - all of it is focused on empowering you to trust yourself, to understand what you need and then start to weave it into your life.

Not a scattered, exhausted version.
