1 - put a song on that you love and dance! Don’t worry about what it looks like, focus on how it feels.
2 - declutter your desk, a surface, cupboard or drawer. OR your email. Pick the one you have been putting off!
3 - go outside and spend time in nature, a short walk is all you need. Take some deep breath’s and look around at the colours and textures.
4 - move your body - workout, run, stretch, go for a walk, do some yoga. Whatever you like to do.
