666 ~ REFLECTION 🪞 ✨

As part of my reflection work I have been looking back on how far I have come and all the layers I have shed over the years, and it made me think to where my light work started.

These photos are from my L1 & L2 Reiki Attunements in 2019 with the very knowledgable and beautiful soul Emma in a beautiful chapel . Such beautiful moments in my life and really opened my eyes and my heart to the world, and I realised this is my path and what I need to do, so much so I left my NHS job in 2020 to really pursue it and never looked back.

I AM a healer. I AM a light worker. I AM a body practitioner. I AM a yoga teacher.

I help people on their healing journeys to aid them and give them strength through their healing process.✨

Healing is beautiful but can be messy, don’t resist, bring love into the situation 💚

There is plenty more to come as a learn, evolve and grow myself 🤍

Filling my cup 🥰

I spent the weekend attending to me and filling my cup with plenty of time in nature, yoga, reiki and meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

As a energy worker & healer I feel this is so important for my role to be able to offer my services and energy to help aid others on their healing journey, after all you can’t pour from an empty cup, right?

Retreating into November ☺️

How are you spending November? Are you practicing self care?

I am spending November holding space for myself more and making myself a priority as much as I do others, I am getting out more on walks in nature and visiting new places to help feed the soul and satisfy my appetite for adventure whilst still being mum, I am also taking regular saunas to detox and practicing yoga regularly, I am also working a lot more on my own personal healing journey with Reiki & Meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️💮🤍

My November will be my own personal healing retreat 🫶🏻

This weekend took me to the Yorkshire Dales, massaging and pampering a lovely group of ladies celebrating a 21st birthday 🎉

Forever grateful to my work and where it takes me and all the people and different characters I get to meet, Yorkshire is such a beautiful part of the world 💛
