What a weekend! England 12, Ireland 12 a draw. We couldn't be prouder of how Dylan played and conducted himself on and off pitch. To top it all off, Dylan was the recipient of Man of the Match! Well done Dylan and we are looking forward to England vs. Wales on July 12th at home, Manchester.

Recover faster with EMS



Sooooo - 3 weeks ago I had a pretty serious car crash on a country lane heading home after an epic Padel session! I was hit side on by another driver who didn't see a Give Way sign and the impact deflected me in to a tree.

I haven't included shots of me on a spinal board or ambulances as it may negatively trigger some people but have included the picture of the car so you can get a feel for the nature of the crash.

3 weeks on and I am intent on doing everything I can for a speedy recovery.

Alongside physiotherapy with the amazing Karl Rudkin at Physio Health in Boston Spa I am continuing my training with ION BODY in Garforth. Their rehabilitation process is brilliant, using the EMS system as a full body TENS machine. Gentle muscular stimulation and movement encourages blood flow through the injured areas to speed up recovery.

Special thanks to Samantha Shaw for her care and motivation in helping me through this stage in recovery.
