For others it will be about both, I’m definitely trying to do both!!

And actually that’s how I live my life, but anyway…

Some people need more structure, more routine, more planning, set goals and actions of how to get there.

Others need less of that, to focus more on here and now, to relieve some pressure and stop worrying about the future meaning that they aren’t ever happy or present.

Know what you need and take that for yourself when you can this week💙

Do you have a good coach? If so take a moment and tag them in the comments & thank them for the work they do.
If you’re a coach, take a second and think about how you program for your athletes/clients. If your goal is to try and put them through the hardest workout you can draw up & make them extremely sore every session you need to rethink things. This is not how progression is sustained. There is a time and place to push intensity & there is a time to back off. Knowing when to push & when to back off is a big difference between a good coach and a bad coach. The difference between finding long term continued success & finding a plateau or even worse, an injury.😒
