This patient arrived with a long-standing ingrowing toenail affecting both sides of the nail, causing recurring infections and persistent pain. A partial nail surgery was performed to remove the offending nail edges, and phenol was applied to the nail bed to help prevent the issue from returning.

The patient experienced almost immediate relief and was guided through a smooth, quick recovery process.
