Boxing Day sunrise at Cleethorpes ✨

Theo and I headed down early to watch the day begin — salty air, quiet beach, and one very happy (very sandy-faced) dog.
This place has my heart. Cleethorpes gives the most beautiful sunrises, and I’m so grateful I grew up somewhere that makes slowing down feel natural. These moments are my time out — a chance to reconnect: with nature, with myself, and with those around me.

Theo’s still on a long line while we work on recall - anyone owned a lab? They can be a bit crazy, but that didn’t stop the fun! We watched the swimmers get into sea too.. not sure how they do it but they are so brave - it must have been freezing!

Doing the things you love matters. For me, that’s watching the sunrise on Boxing Day (weather permitting), breathing deeply, and remembering what really grounds me 🤍

I’d like to wish all my wonderful followers and clients a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year. Thank you so much for your continued support throughout this year — it truly means the world to me ❤️

I know I haven’t been as present on social media recently due to a very busy schedule, but I want to reassure you that I’m still very much here and available for bookings. My last day in clinic is tomorrow, and I’m now taking bookings for January. I’ll respond to all enquiries on my return on 5th January ✨

I’m sharing my festive-season hours early so everyone has plenty of time to plan their appointments.

📌 Tuesday 23rd December:
Extended hours — 10am to 7pm
Ideal for anyone needing their pre-break treatment.

📌 24th December – 6th January: Clinic Closed

I’ll be taking this time for a much-needed long break. This year I’ve only managed a tiny 4-day holiday, and considering how often I remind all of you about the importance of balance and rest… it’s time I practised what I preach! 💆‍♀️💜

Four years ago, I took the leap and opened my own clinic — and what an incredible journey it’s been! I absolutely love what I do and feel so lucky to support the clients who choose to see me. 💜
