Tomorrow I work on the biggest show to date in Liverpool on EX UFC fighter Darren Till’s boxing promotion live on DAZN!!

Can not wait to showcase my own skill set and work with the fighters and more before they compete, keeping them in the best health possible.

All the hard work over the years building this is paying off!

Proud of this one.

Not so long ago only managing 15 minutes on the stepper with knee pain, to now smashing an hour with no knee pain at all.

We have done a mix of sessions, mainly muscle scraping using the tools and had some maintenance sessions with other treatments.
