✨ January Antenatal Class Complete! ✨

What an incredible few weeks it’s been 💕 We wrapped up our January course this week and my heart is FULL. The feedback so far has been lovely — “fantastic course, I can’t recommend it highly enough, essential for any expectant parents” — and honestly, that’s exactly what I aim for.

So much love to all the wonderful couples who completed this course 💛

Watching you grow in confidence, connection, and excitement for birth and life with your baby has been such a privilege. I already can’t wait to see you again at the reunion… this time with your little human in your arms 👶🏼

📣 Stand-alone Infant Feeding Class 📣

Are you pregnant and currently expecting one or MORE babies (women expecting multiple babies also very welcome 🤗) Are you not necessarily wanting to take a full antenatal course? Are you wanting to make connections with other women birthing this Spring & Summer time?

We have such a HIGH percentage of women achieving their infant-feeding goals when taking an AN course with Simply Birth 🎉

Around 85- 90% of couples attending our reunions throughout 2025 were breastfeeding and the feedback for this class is excellent ⭐️

Being well informed and prepared for feeding your baby at the breast (or via bottle) can help this journey enormously.

Knowing what SUPPORT you have around you if needing this is vital.

Knowing the CHALLENGES you could face can bring the confidence to seek this support quickly if needed.

Join us in this first stand-alone Infant-Feeding class to prepare for ..

✨ ALL infant-feeding choices.

✨ Common challenges such as pain, tongue-tie, engorgement, oversupply, under supply, fast-letdown.

✨ Positioning and Attachment.

✨ Introducing a bottle.

✨ Partner involvement.

✨ Infant feeding plans - when they may be advised, what to expect .. and so much more!!

… we can begin with your previous infant-feeding experiences if you are happy to share within a group session.

☕️ Enjoy cake and a warm/cold drink included within the cost of the session for our break.

🙌🏽 Enjoy a WhatApp group shared with the other women within the session to make connections .

Leave with consolidated literature, suggested further reading and a reminder of what support is available if needed and how to reach out.

Welcome to Simply Birth by Anna, easy to process antenatal classess performed by myself, a practicing midwife with over a decade of experience in pregnancy, birth and the immediate postnatal.

My classess aim to be simplistic, focusing on your physical and psychological preparation for labour and birth. Together, we will explore stages of labour, coping aids, ideal positions for labour and birth, relaxation, massage and breathing techniques and how to embrace those first few hours and days with your newborn, all whilst meeting local couples from the Leeds and Wakefield area.

My classes will cover all aspects of your pregnancy and labour regardless of your defined risk in pregnancy or how many babies you have previously had along with a strong focus on how birth partners can support you throughout your journey of labour and birth.

Small in group numbers, the absolute aim and desire for these classes are to enable and empower you to have the best possible birth experience feeling strong, confident, knowledgable and in control of your birth, all based on the most up to the moment evidence based literature.
