✨️Winter Gong Bath at The Well House ✨️

Join us on Sunday 14 Dec 4pm for a cosy, relaxing and restorative sound bath. If you've not done a gong bath before but are gong-bath curious, here's a little of what to expect:

✨️ no prior knowledge or experience necessary
✨️ the class is spent lying down
✨️ the gongs help you to drift into a meditative state, where your body and mind can totally relax and let go
✨️ you'll float home
✨️ suitable for all! (But if you're pregnant, please do let us know)

One of the most important things about The Well House, is that everyone feels welcome, looked after and comfortable from their very first class ❤️

It's a community, not just an exercise class. And we'd love for you to join us :)

Your first class is just £8, and you can message here or email us with any questions or worries that you have - we're always happy to help!

So I know that little voice in your ear might be telling you you're too old, too stiff, too weak, too big, too uncoordinated, too new, too busy, (too stressed about parking 😅) but I promise you, it will be great! (And there is parking near by).
