🎄 How to Prevent Holiday Back Pain!

The holidays are meant for joy — not back pain! But between long dinners, endless wrapping, and festive stress, your spine might not feel so merry. 😣

Here’s how to keep your back happy all season long 👇

Hours on the sofa or at the table can tighten your hips and weaken your core. Stand up and stretch every 30–45 minutes!

We’re so glad to share this fantastic feedback from Ciaran:

"Went with back and neck pain to see if there was anything that could be done about it. After the initial consultation and assessment of the issues, I decided to give the course of treatment a go. I have been extremely happy with the results of the treatment and my back pain has reduced tenfold. The main goal was to improve my manoeuvre ability, as I play a lot of golf, which has definitely improved. I would highly recommend attending a consultation if you have any amount of pain or discomfort."

We’re thrilled that Ciaran’s movement has improved and that he’s able to enjoy golf again without pain. 🙌
