Fully booked Friday💪🏼

A busy clinic day running from 6:30am–6pm, and yes, that first session really was before sunrise 🌅

I’m always happy to be flexible around my clients’ busy work schedules. This morning started with a regular at 6:30am before she headed into the city centre, followed by another at 7:30am before the 9–5 rush.

Feeling super grateful for all my supportive clients who keep me busy and make early starts worthwhile 🙌🏼

Tomorrow (Friday 15th August) will be my last day in the clinic before I’m closed for three weeks to get married💍 and enjoy my honeymoon🌴
