Another young athlete in clinic this evening, working hard to stay fit and match ready💪

An U13 player booked in with a mild quadriceps strain, following a busy schedule of training and matches 4 days per week.

Treatment focused on early management of the injury, alongside a discussion around the importance of structured rehabilitation and adequate rest — both essential for young athletes.

The goal is always a safe and sustainable return to sport, not just a quick one.
