I'm gonna be really honest - I have found the online space so noisy recently - so full of others' thoughts and opinions (or adverts - thanks FB!) - I am struggling to hear my own. I feel it within me like shouting, and it actually hurts - I need a break.

This is not me complaining or having a go at anyone at all. There is so much going on in the world right now that's triggering huge feelings and reactions - that needs standing up for and against. And this is what this space can be so good for - expressing our thoughts and opinions. Resisting hate and control - spreading support and love.

This is me acknowledging that I feel things DEEPLY. And whilst that's my superpower, as it gives me the ability to truly understand my beautiful heart-centred, highly sensitive clients and create a safe space for them to shift into their own power and wisdom, it also means the online space can be a lot.

I know a huge part of my mission - my work - is channelling love and bringing love from Spirit Guides - from the Universe. Which feels needed more than ever right now. But to do that, I have to stop now and again - to cleanse and let the love in for me ...just the other day, my Lemurian guide made me just sit as he poured love in. But more is needed right now.

So I am going to do exactly what I would advise anyone in my community to do - slow down and step back - just for a few days. Sometimes we need to take a few steps back to take a huge leap forward - and that's what my soul is telling me right now.

So I am going to take some time to get out of this headspace and back into my heart and soul space.

I am going follow my guides pull to come away and spend some time with them - to reset, to reconnect - to awaken (again!) - to pour the love in.

Especially as I want to be able to bring the best of me and my energy to Kose's IWD day event, which I am speaking at next Sunday (and I am so excited to meet everyone there and have some incredible discussions)

I lead from the heart.

This all started in a 1:1 session I had just after Christmas.

We were reflecting on the Christmas season – a time when we can all feel a bit frazzled, out of routine, and when it can be so easy to just say, “f**k it.”

F**k it, I’ll eat the crap.
F**k it, I’ll drink.
F**k it, I’ll give too much, stay quiet… keep the peace.

So we explored how we could reframe it, reclaim it, and use it to do what is truly right for us – led by a deeper wisdom, and the in hypnosis, we deeply embedded that reframe...So powerful.

That then led to a really beautiful discussion inside the Soul Sovereignty Collective… about how we can all reclaim the “f**k it” for ourselves. How we can pause, notice when we’re slipping back into old coping or avoidance patterns, recognise the brain trying to protect us… and choose instead to listen to our soul.

Later, one of the women shared this, which I absolutely loved:

She said she’d been feeling really emotionally rubbish.
Thought “f**k it”…
got back into bed…
and actually felt worse.

Then she paused… remembered the reframe and thought, “f**k it.”
Instead of numbing or escaping, she went for a walk.
She moved her body.
Got some fresh air.
And felt so much better.

This is what I mean when I talk about reclaiming the “f**k it.”

Not listening to the easy out.
Not letting old patterns of escape, numbing or safety run the show.

But letting the “f**k it” shift to mean listening to your soul’s wisdom and making the right choices for you.

That is Soul Sovereignty - empowering yourself to lead from your soul's power and wisdom x

Such a powerful sentence - 'I am Peace'

I felt it so deeply, as my client said it. 🔥💖🔥

We had decided she needed some gentle hypnosis to help her reconnect with herself after the craziness of the Christmas period.

But it went so much deeper.

She realised that she connected to the truest part of herself through her work...

That when she worked she was able to zone out the world - all the labels, the roles, the identities...and she was able to zone into her truest self.

And that truest self was peace...content and free.

That she has all she needed and wanted, right there within.

F**king beautiful!!

Bloody Powerful!!

Just imagine leading your life and business from this place! 🔥🔥🔥

Happy New year!! Who is ready for 2026 to be a fu***ng incredible year?!!!

This year has taught me so much!! Even more than 2024 - and that was a biggy!!

It's taught me just how precious my body is...
And my mobility.

How extraordinary the body is at healing...
And how much patience that healing asks for.

It’s taught me how hard it is for me to ask for help...
and how necessary it is - That one didn’t come easily.

I’ve also become so much more aware of the words I use.
How I speak to myself.
How I speak in general.

Because words carry power...

Just 45 minutes after telling my son
“I’d rather break my leg than get depression”
I broke my leg… in three places!

That made me realise - how powerful I truly am - but also that I need to be so much more intentional and focused with the power I have.

This year has also woken me up to the amount of pressure there is
to do life a certain way,
to see yourself a certain way,
to fit into identities that don’t always fit.

And how powerful it is when we quietly say,
no… I’m doing this my way.

When we do, real shifts happen.

I’ve learned the power of acknowledging what I have to give —
and how much energy it takes to hide and be hard on yourself.

I’ve learned the importance of being in the right rooms,
with people who want you to shine,
who see you differently
and invite more of you forward.

And I feel deep gratitude for those who supported me through huge challenges,
and for those who helped me see myself in a new way
when I couldn’t yet do that alone.

As this year closes, there is still more to shift,
But I feel so much clearer - so ready to keep breaking through - in my business, my health and my happiness.

And more than ever...
I am ready to support others to shine...to break through...and realise their power!

There’s a particular kind of tired that shows up at this time of year.

Not the kind sleep fixes.

The tired of:
holding it together
being the capable one
managing everyone else’s emotions
staying “fine”

If you feel it, it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.

Often it’s just a sign that a protective part of you has been working very hard for a long time.

You don’t need to change anything right now.
Just noticing is enough.

If you had to name that tiredness in one word, what would it be?

This deck – Oracle of the Angels by Mario Duguay – is one of my old favourites. I’ve worked with it for years, and it still moves me every time. These particular cards are so beautiful because they communicate far more than I could ever express in words.

I’ve been connecting with my team of Spirit Guides for over 25 years, and they have brought me so much.

At 19, I felt so alone. I was deeply depressed, and the world felt so dark. I had been a carer for my mother since I was 12, and it had all become too much.

That’s when I joined a Spiritual Development Circle and discovered what I now know is my ability to channel Spirit Guides. I have never felt alone since. Even on my darkest days, I know they are there, right by my side.

They’ve brought me comfort in grief, through health challenges, and in the daily struggles we all face. They have helped me tap into a deep Inner Divine Power — one I can draw on whenever it’s needed. And oh boy, has it been needed!

They’ve given me guidance and strength in my darkest moments . In fact, it was one of my guides who first tried to show me that something was wrong in my relationship with my mum - though at the time, I wasn’t ready to hear it.

In the meantime, they helped me see my worth, to recognise my right to peace, and to find the strength to hold boundaries.

And when I was finally ready to face how toxic my relationship with my mother had become, they gave me the courage to cut contact - and the strength to stay away, even when the guilt came crashing in. They showed me that re-establishing contact would only disempower both of us, holding her back from her own growth and stopping me from becoming all that I was meant to be. They guided me through healing my mother wounds, even leading me to the right people and tools along the way.

They’ve also supported me in my mission to help others realise they are not alone - and that they too can connect with the incredible love and guidance their own Spirit Guides bring.
