We are looking for caring and compassionate people to join the Medcare HQ team as Care Assistants.
At Medcare HQ, you’ll support adults living with health needs to live their best lives.

About the role



Your role will involve supporting people with all aspects of their day-to-day living. Responsibilities will include:
encouraging and engaging people in learning and developing their daily living skills and independence
recognizing when people are unwell and providing the appropriate support
supporting people with personal care needs such as washing and dressing
assisting people with meal preparation
supporting people with their health and wellbeing needs
encouraging people to take part in social activities
promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect at all times
filling in daily records


About you



We are looking for people who match our values of integrity, responsive, success and teamwork.
Whilst experience and/or a relevant qualification or training, such as a diploma or NVQ, is desirable, you don’t need to have a qualification to be a Care Assistant with us. We provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regular cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
2. Ensuring all areas meet the company’s cleanliness and safety standards.
3. Managing cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance needs promptly.
4. Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

Previous experience in cleaning or a related role is advantageous.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
