I have just finished rehabilitating a young man with unilateral inferior patella pain.
His goal with me was to live his life with minimal pain and gradually return to playing football.
Through a closely monitored exercise programme, both his goals were met; and if any pain presented itself, the exercises I prescribed immediately nulled his pain.
At present, I have placed myself on temporary hiatus for 6-8 weeks to ensure he remains fit and well over a sustained time. This is a fantastic way for my clients to build confidence before a full discharge.
