Professional Rugby league players Hollie Mae and Jas bell who play for Canberra Raiders York RLFC Valkyrieand EnglandRLcame in with shoulder impingement. After one session with me they are looking a lot better. They will need some strengthening exercises now.

Are you having Shoulder pain thats in the front of your shoulder (front deltoid ) ?

Then it’s not coming from your shoulder it’s coming from your bicep.

As you can see Umar was complaining about his front deltoid in pain when bench pressing, look what came out of his bicep.

We then cleared the rest of his shoulder and back out.

Kirk Jordan Pickard last came to see me approximately 7 months ago . After 2 treatments he said his shoulder was about 80-90% better. First time back to see me today and the fascia has definitely got tight around them muscles .

Back and neck pain

Gemma came to see me again after having over 50% neck and migraine release from her first session. We did that again and then she said her legs are tight. I took a Quick look and her right side was raised. Got to work on the Calf , quad and I.T band . As you can see she’s gone back to being straight.

Ben was a postman for years. He held is bag on his left shoulder. This has therefore put strain on his right side on his hip and all of his legs. He also plays football . Both legs treated and a bit up top. His back ache should not decrease. # hamstrings

Neat came to see me about lower back pain and mobility issues. Hopefully next few days the back pain will reduce , but after just one session she can now touch her toes which is a win for her.
