If anyone is still following me, I apologise for being away for so long. I will endeavour to post more ideas on how to make keto simple, so you can lose body fat, get stronger, or both.
Here's my breakfast. It's 2 soft boiled eggs on a piece of sourdough toast, with lashings of butter, and a side of mushrooms & asparagus in a cheesy cream sauce.
This breakfast contains plenty of protein, loads of fats for my energy, and a few carbs to make the eggs taste better.
Some people might freak out about the sourdough toast, but it's practically my only carbs for the day, and it makes the eggs taste delicious.
Keto isn't zero carb, it's low carb (toast is a carbohydrate). Choose your carbs wisely and you can still enjoy a piece of toast for breakfast!
