We want to say a big congratulations to colleagues involved with three separate partnership projects who have seen their work shortlisted in the Health Service Journal (HSJ) Partnership Awards 2025.
The Nutrition & Dietetics team has been shortlisted in the category for Best Contribution to Improving the Efficiency of NHS Services. This recognises the team’s contribution to the development of a systemwide approach to cost-effective prescribing of oral nutritional supplements within the Leeds Health and Care Partnership alongside Interface Clinical Services.
Colleagues in Cardiorespiratory have been shortlisted in the Most Impactful Partnership in Preventative Healthcare category alongside Daiichi Sankyo UK. This partnership has been exploring innovations in the novel detection of atrial fibrillation, aimed at benefitting patients as well as supporting innovation in cardiovascular disease.
And congratulations to colleagues working alongside PERSONAL HOMECARE PHARMACY who have been shortlisted in the Most Effective Contribution to Improving Care for Those with Long-term Conditions category. Their work aims to set new standards in supporting the management of people with long term conditions in clinical homecare.
Fantastic recognition for our teams – well done to all the finalists!
