Step into the light of the longest day with a nourishing morning of movement, mindful making, and soulful reflection. Held in the secret garden on the farm, this two hour workshop invites you to align with nature’s rhythm and reconnect with yourself 🌱

• Solstice Yoga Flow – a gentle, grounding practice to awaken the body and honour the sun

My Yoga Journey

I started my Yoga journey some 10 years ago when I was reaching out for something to lift my mind, body and spirit. Something to help me mend my broken body after a spine operation. A very special lady persuaded me to "come on Deb give it a go" reluctantly I did. But I was lucky, that day I was taught by Dr Peter Spencer, who is now my Guru and my driving force to help others physically and mentally You’re in safe hands if you decide to "give it a go". I am at the stage in life where I have probably, been there, seen that, done that (and regretted it, and maybe felt your pain a little ) I think worldly is the word! So hopefully together through regular practice of Yoga we can be strong together.
