@ I am so proud and delighted to know that under AAp Punjab Government clerks readers are not accepting bakshish. Their attitude has turned the clock round. At SBS Nagar we are fortunate to have the officers in the Revenue department who pay prompt attention to the public demands
At lavasa hospital Nawanshahr the charges for the ECG and Echo are ten times cheaper than in Europe. All we need is improvements to the traffic and parking. The standard of the Hotels is as good as in Europe.

Hope for the better.

@ Benefits of self care and prevention :

We often hear the words of" take care "from relatives and friends but do we take action?
I know a very few do.
It is important to follow up the health adviser's advice and learn about the symptoms of your illness to report further. Change life style and avoid food that does not suit you and aggravate your illness.

This will help treat illness and save unnecessary future visits to a Doctor.
It will save you money.
It will reduce your anxiety.
It will reduce the burden on the NHS.
It will save fuel consumption.
It will reduce traffic on the roads.
It will save accidents.
It will help the environment.
There are numerous benefits and no harms if we keep that advice in mind given by a friend or a relative after hand shake.

tips:
The younger generation of the immigrants abroad have decided to sell their assets in their mother land
for the following reason.
Lack of language and job opportunities.
Corrupt administration.
Traffic problems.

I give some tax saving tips which may be useful.
At present there is no inheritance
Tax in India on the sale of immovable property.
There is no Capital gain tax on the sale of land 10 miles outside the
Main city/ local authority area on agriculture land sold although there is a normal tax to pay on the sale of
Residential/ commercial plots.
The gain needs to be declared in India as well as in the country of present residence through annual Tax Return. Your accountant can deal with the double taxation relief.
Therefore you must inform your accountant about the sale of foreign assets. One can claim all expenses related to the sale including air travel expense related to the sale.
