Facing Dementia Together 💜

Please come along to our Facing Dementia event on Thursday 16th April at 3pm, where we will be offering refreshments and a warm, supportive environment for everyone attending.

This event is for anyone who is supporting a loved one living with dementia. It is a chance to come together, share experiences, support one another, and learn more about dementia in a friendly and understanding setting.

You are not alone on this journey, and sometimes simply talking with others who understand can make a real difference.

How’s your hand-eye coordination? 👀🎯

Our residents put theirs to the test today with a fun game of hoop toss—and let’s just say, the competitive spirit was well and truly out! 😄

There were some impressive throws, lots of laughs, and plenty of friendly competition along the way. It’s amazing how a simple game can bring everyone together and brighten the day! 🌟

Everyone meet Trudy! 🐾

Our residents absolutely loved spending time with Trudy during her recent visit. She is one of the wonderful Pet Therapy Dogs who comes to see us, and she certainly knows how to make everyone smile.

Trudy enjoys all the attention, gentle strokes, and plenty of fuss from our residents. She is such a calm and affectionate pooch, making her perfect for cuddles and snuggles.

Just look at that charming face — it’s impossible not to fall in love with her! 🐶💛
