Although massage is the most well known and popular holistic therapy there are many others that also address the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing. They combine mental and emotional health with physical and spiritual aspects of experience, where possible harnessing the power of the body to heal itself.

Join us for some cat-themed creative fun at our Sip 'n' Paint night. On 3rd May, at Kippax Legion, we'll be drinking, painting and raising money to pay off our vet bills, and to buy essential supplies for our foster cats and feral colonies.

Here's what you can expect:

🐱 A glass of Prosecco on arrival (included in ticket price)

🐱 A quiz all about the cats we have available for adoption (winning team will receive a £20 bar tab to spend on the night)

🐱 All the art supplies you need will be provided to allow you to paint a furry feline (included in ticket price)

🐱 A range of nibbles will be available (included in ticket price)

All set up for my next mini adventure. I love allowing clients to receive as much healing as possible from a treatment whether that’s physical, emotional or spiritual. With that in mind I’m getting prepared to offer reiki aromatherapy so if you’d like to know more please get in touch.
