Our Improving Low Mood Using Islam group can be such an important first step for Muslims in Leeds.
It offers a calm, understanding space where you can meet others, learn at your own pace, and get the support you need before moving on to bigger courses.
You don’t have to do everything at once, this group helps you prepare, connect and feel more ready.

Our next Mindfulness‑Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group course begins on Wednesday 3rd June 5.30pm.
This programme offers practical tools to help manage depression and build emotional resilience, using a combination of mindfulness practices and cognitive techniques.
