We provide free psychological therapies and workshops to help you cope better with common mental problems such as stress and anxiety, panic attacks and depression.

At the home game, our team spent time talking with men and families, sharing information and hearing thoughtful feedback about men’s mental health support.

We were reminded that sometimes support starts with creating space for conversations, in familiar places, with no pressure.
Your mental health deserves care too, just like the team you show up for every week.

Our Mindfulness‑Based Cognitive Therapy course offers a calm space to slow down, understand your mind and reconnect with the present moment.

A new group begins Wednesday 28 January 2026, and there’s plenty of time to ease into the idea if you’re just settling back into the year.
