With Christmas approaching and the colder months settling in, it’s common to feel overwhelmed or stuck in unhelpful thought patterns.

CBT offers a supportive space to understand what what’s going on and learn tools that help you navigate this season with more ease.

Together with a trained therapist, you’ll towards small goals, build confidence and find ways to manage your mental wellbeing.

CBT can help with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, phobias and PTSD.
