I’ve had a few messages recently regarding pricing. In the past I’ve priced differently depending on whether a client is wanting massage or rehab. Over the past 10 years of working and building my knowledge I now find that typically a 1 hour session will consist of an assessment, some manual therapy techniques, massage, exercises, advice and education. These are all important factors in order to offer the most effective treatment to help with RECOVERY from an injury or to help RESTORE any muscle imbalances alongside massage. For this reason pricing is now by time, with a 1 hour home visiting being £50. 45 minute sessions are also available for £45 and 90 minute sessions for £70.

A lot has happened in the past 2 years, post Covid, family life and relocation. Although I have continued to work I have been working reduced hours and not taking on any new clients, I am now at a stage where I can open more hours up and move the business forward. I just want to take this opportunity to thanks all my current and past client over the past 9 years, some who have been with me the whole time. I’m Opening up more availability for injury rehab and sports and recovery massage onsite at CrossFit Leeds just off kirkstall Road (Ls4 2AZ)

Availability will be:
Sundays 10am- 1pm
Mondays 9am- 12noon then 4pm- 6pm
Thursday 5pm-7pm

Other availability around these hours may be possibly so please ask if the available hours don’t work for you.

All being well, April 12th 2021 gyms should be opening, including CrossFit Leeds where we are based!!

After numerous messages in the past few days the waiting list is now open for anyone wishing to book an appointment for Injury Rehab or for Massage. Once the 12th is 100% confirmed I will contact people in order regarding an appointment.

All appointments will run in a Covid Secure way following the most up to date guidelines inside by the government and my governing body

Thanks for the continued support and to those who have opted for homevisits during the past year (when allowed).

I’m looking forward to seeing you and continuing to help you be the healthiest and fittest version of you!

Following the latest government announcements I would just like to confirm RePhysique is still able to continue seeing people face to face.
However...
Unfortunately CrossFit Leeds has had to close under new government restrictions so unfortunately we will not be able to see anyone down there.
As an alternative, home visits are an option and will be offered at the same price as in clinic over this lockdown period.
