We all recognise the familiar feeling of being light-headed or lacking in energy because we’ve not drunk enough fluids.
These symptoms can have serious consequences if we allow them to continue.

An obvious sign of dehydration is thirst. Other signs may include:
• Dry lips, mouth and skin
• Loss of appetite
• Light headedness or headaches
• Dark coloured and strong-smelling urine

What a brilliant night at the Stars of Social Care Awards in London!
We didn’t come home with an award this time, but we were proud to be finalists and also proud to celebrate the amazing Lucy McCormack, who won the Outstanding Director Award for Bluebird Care Redbridge, Epping & Harlow, well deserved 👏

A big thank you to Bluebird Care (UK) Jonathan Gardner and Lee Walsh for hosting two tables and giving us the chance to be part of such a special evening. The brand was up for 12 awards, which says everything about the passion and dedication across the network.
There was a fab ABBA tribute act, lots of funny moments and Josie Gibson was a fantastic host too, warm, funny and just lovely.
We’re really proud to be part of this sector and the Bluebird Care family 💙
