A new opportunity is now available to join our warm, cozy and ambient home away from home therapy room within the Cardigan Community Centre🎉🎉🎉🎉

We split our shifts into two shifts per day.

You have the option to be a key holder, so if you take a morning shift you can start as early as you like or you can stay as late as you need to if you take an evening shift

Hey Beautifuls beings & souls 🙏

Here are my next sound bath/sound immersion dates🎶

I aim to appeal to the over active & neurodivergent mind . Being neurodivergent myself and i have been to many beautiful sound baths but my mind struggles to switch of with just one or 2 sounds .

So I have created a extra special and unique experience with pre-recording a selection of instruments affirmations & a guided meditation .

I use instruments such as my tongue drum, native American flute, selfeggio tunning forks and much more and i also bring a wide variety of instruments to mix in with the pre-record mix, such as my shammic drum, shakers, rain sticks & ignus & aqua (fire& water) koshi chimes that I use along side my beautiful crystal bowls & hand beaten full moon tibetan bowls.

I aim for you to get a maximum effect from this sound bath with so many sounds.

The more the vibrations, creates more sensations, equalling in ultimate relaxation 🧘‍♀️

I have more locations TBC in August such as Bramley (calling all BRAMFAM) Meanwood Wakefield and more!

I'm head over heals In love with my new venture and can wait to share my sound journeys with as many of you as I possibly can!️

Iv Had so many versions come through of this ground clear and protection meditation 🧘‍♀️

This is the shortest version for a quick fix, so thought I would share ♡°•☆•°♡

When actioning this protection technique close your eyes and place your hands on your heart if it feels right to do so.

Memorise the words for ultimate effect, then chant as often as you feel called to.

Play with the words change the word from we to I. If this feels better for you.

This simple chant has change my energy field so much!!

My energy is so much more grounded and protected something I lacked for a long time 🌍🙏🌞✨️
