今次病人手踭移位，伸直是唔舒服。
原因係活潑嘅女兒打關斗時砸咗落她的手踭。當時聽到了手踭拍拍兩聲。手踭就一直感覺唔舒服😭

今次點會病人是從荷蘭🇳🇱遠道而來，是一位醫護工作者，長期照顧長者令佢膊頭同背脊嚴重勞損。打了類固醇，但未能夠完全根治問題。頸部和膊頭活動幅度減少了30%。

今次病人蘇格蘭落嚟搵我，佢有兩節椎間盤突出導致好嚴重嘅坐骨神經痛🥶，曾經接受咗椎間盤手術，情況好咗好多。

This time, the patient came all the way from Scotland to see me. He has two herniated discs, which caused severe sciatica 🥶. He previously underwent disc surgery, and his condition improved significantly afterward.

但之後一次由高位跌落地，坐骨神經痛再次返發😭。前前後打了七次類固醇都完全冇幫助，行路都有困難，最嚴重係連企都企唔直🥺

However, after a later fall from a height, the sciatica relapsed 😭. He then received seven steroid injections, but they were completely ineffective. Walking became very difficult, and at its worst, he couldn’t even stand upright 🥺.

今次這急症病人喺列斯其中一間醫院嘅手術醫生，昨天做運動時拉傷腰部，今天即時book時間做治療，原因係第二天他就要做一個8小時的手術！

This emergency patient was a surgeon at one of the hospitals in Leeds. He strained his lower back while exercising yesterday and immediately booked a treatment today, because the very next day he was scheduled to perform an 8-hour surgery.

治療前他還告訴我，是一位醫院的菲律賓同事強烈推介他一定要找我的，感謝這朋友的的信任和推介
