今次病人係一個六呎五寸速度滑冰愛好者，20年前一次跌倒，產生了肩頸痛，痛楚慢慢蔓延全個肩頸部位。更令手部活動幅度嚴重下降。

This patient is a 6’5” speed skating enthusiast. Around 20 years ago, he had a fall which led to chronic neck and shoulder pain. Over time, the discomfort gradually spread across the entire neck and shoulder area, significantly limiting the mobility of his arm.

另外因為長期做訓練，令腰部產生大量勞損，每次訓練完後腰都會感覺很大痛楚。膝頭哥也有很嚴重的勞損，單腳曲膝也感到很難平衡。

有幾次去完曼城tour都會去Fat panda take away舖頭食飯，每次去佢間舖頭都會經過這個火車路軌。總感覺好似日本動漫其中一個地方。

今次病人雖然得到50肩，但算係一個happy Problem。原因係因為照顧新生孫兒而產生的。長時間抱BB佢右手四周活動能力大減，而且產生刺痛。

Although this patient developed a frozen shoulder, it can be considered a “happy problem,” as it was caused by taking care of a newborn grandchild. Due to holding the baby for long periods, the mobility around the right arm was greatly reduced, and sharp pain developed.

今次病人在放狗的時候時，被狗狗拉到撲向前，而且撞傷了手踭和膊頭。腰部活動幅度更加大減。

The patient was pulled forward by their dog while walking it, causing them to fall and injure their elbow and shoulder. The range of motion in the lower back was also significantly reduced.

上星期收到病人送的朱古力同生果禮物，開心開心😁

Received some chocolates and fruit from a patient last week—such a lovely treat! 😁

今次病人三個月前照M R I後，證實椎間盤突出，令到臀部、大腿至小腿位置長期痛楚和麻痹，坐下不能超過15分鐘，行路不能超過10分鐘，情況真的嚴重🥶

This patient was diagnosed with a herniated disc via MRI three months ago. The condition was quite severe, causing chronic pain and numbness radiating from the hip down to the calf. Sitting for more than 15 minutes or walking for more than 10 minutes was nearly impossible. 🥶

今次除了CLM跌打治療外，加入了很多按摩、拉筋和復康運動。每一次見到病人治療後嘅情況有所改善，就慢慢提升復康運動嘅強度。

In addition to our CLM bone-setting treatments, we integrated deep tissue massage, stretching, and rehabilitation exercises. As the patient’s condition improved after each session, we gradually increased the intensity of the rehab movements.

今次在倫敦tour 有一位特別的客人——專程從美國西雅圖飛過來接受治療✈️。長途飛行之後，一落地就直奔治療室。

This time during the London tour, there was a special guest — someone who flew all the way from Seattle, USA to receive treatment ✈️. After a long flight, the client came straight to the treatment room right after landing.

客人非常風趣，表情可以說是「非常精彩」，到按到勞損位置時瞬間瞪大眼睛😲，再到鬆開關節那一刻又露出驚喜的表情😆。整個過程就像一套即場上演的表情包合集。

The client was very humorous, and her facial expressions throughout the treatment were truly priceless. When I pressed on the overworked areas, her eyes suddenly widened 😲, and when the joints were released, it turned into a surprised and relieved smile 😆. The whole process felt like watching a live series of reaction memes.
