今次病人玩空中瑜伽時跌在地上，腰部和pat pat長期出現閃電的痛楚，經過足足兩年才能康復。

This patient had a fall during aerial yoga and suffered from sharp, lightning-like pain in the lower back and buttocks that lasted for two years before finally recovering.

今次做運動時舊病復發，腰部再次出現閃電動作，而且腰部大概只能彎曲45度就感到後腿有拉扯和阻力🥶

Recently, while exercising, the old injury relapsed. The lower back once again experienced lightning-like pain, and the patient could only bend forward about 45 degrees before feeling pulling and resistance down the back of the leg. 🥶

CLM 跌打治療後，痛楚拜拜，彎腰幅度完全正常👍🏽

今次病人滑雪跌倒時拉親腳腕，繼續滑雪😎。除鞋時才發現腳腕有劇痛感覺⚡️
回到英國後，發覺腳腕不能完全伸直，痛楚令完全不能步行，甚至乎要爬去洗手間🥶

This time, the patient strained their ankle while skiing but kept on skiing 😎
It was only when taking off the ski boots that they realized there was sharp pain ⚡️
After returning to the UK, they found the ankle could not fully extend, and the pain was so severe that walking was impossible — they even had to crawl to the bathroom 🥶

今次這位病人中風半年，左邊的膊頭至手指都感到冇力。更不幸是左邊出現了五十肩件，兩個月前做了注射手術，但效果並不理想。五十肩的情況，令病人無法舉高左手。這情況令他連復康運動都做不到😭

This patient had a stroke six months ago, resulting in weakness from the left shoulder down to the fingers. Unfortunately, he also developed frozen shoulder on the left side. Two months ago, he underwent an injection treatment, but the effect was not ideal. The frozen shoulder made it impossible for him to lift his left arm, preventing him from doing rehabilitation exercises 😭

左手手指中風後變得冇力，常常會自己握緊，比較難完全打開手掌。

After the stroke, his left fingers became weak, making it difficult to fully open the hand.

CLM 治療後手指和膊頭活動能力即時加速👍🏽，舉高左手完全沒有痛楚！

星期日放假一家人去咗Boston Spa ，
終於食到好好味嘅西餐！

今次要推介嘅餐廳係Restaurant Amor

Pork Shoulder 肉質鮮嫩，另上嘅Gravy肉汁味濃郁超濃郁！加上一塊小小外皮更是烤得香脆可口。最令人驚喜的反而是薯仔 —— 外脆內軟，口感一流。

蘑菇燴飯散發著濃郁的菇香，質地香滑濃郁，口感非常Creamy！

而兩位服務員都非常細心周到，每次服務我們的時候總是笑容滿面 😊。

因為食物和服務都非常好！所以第一次比了很多貼士😎

之後過咗隔離食Pudding lab 蛋糕甜品，一個朱古力一個紅莓，紅莓有啲酸，朱古力蛋糕非常美味😋

我和家人的胃🤣在Boston spa度過了一個愉快的星期天！

今次這女病人四年前右邊膊頭都出現了五十肩的情況，雖然痊愈了，但她習慣了用左手在主力，結果今年左手出現了類似的情況😭

This female patient had frozen shoulder on her right side four years ago. Although it healed, she got used to relying mainly on her left hand. As a result, this year her left shoulder developed a similar problem 😭

最重要是她一直都有頸痛的問題，但一直也很害怕頸部正骨治療，今次終於都要面對🫣。病人勇敢接受正骨治療時，她講出最多的說說話就是「爽呀！」「好多聲呀！」 🤣

Most importantly, she has always suffered from neck pain but was very afraid of neck align treatment. This time, she finally had to face it 🫣.
When she bravely underwent the treatment, the things she said most were: “feel so good!” and “So many cracking sounds!” 🤣
