​We have an online healing school, as well as a physical space in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We also share offerings at other venues & retreat cen

tres in the UK & internationally. Our vision and mission as a healing school is to help people remember their innate power, and to support the awakening of the healer within.

​We offer a variety of courses & trainings in ancient & modern practices to support the holistic healing of the body, mind and spirit.

​ookushana Healing School was created by Felicity Weston, a Lightworker, Medicine Woman & Spiritual Teacher, devoted to service.

​We have a beautiful tribe of healers & space holders sharing their gifts with our community! Our physical space, ookushana workshop, is a wellness studio in the heart of Chapel Allerton, in Leeds. Weekly offerings include Sound Baths, Women's Circles, Yoga, Breathwork, Art & Crafts, Spiritual Book Club, Reiki Shares, and Cacao Ceremonies.

​We also share regular trainings & courses in Usui Reiki, Creating Ceremony & Ritual & Sound Therapy. We are a community of teachers, healers & facilitators in a large array of holistic healing modalities. Our space serves as a place where souls with a desire to heal, learn & expand their consciousness are drawn.

Sometimes I get so angry thinking about the lies we’ve been fed and the ways we’ve been misguided.

Our womb is the most powerful organ / portal… it is wise beyond anything we could ever imagine.

Actual magic.

Living inside us.

We’ve forgotten the language she speaks.

Healing saved my life,
And it has taken me to the brink many times since.

Connecting with my spirituality saved my life,
And it has made me question if I want to be alive many times since.

Healing has brought me back to my body,
And forced me to feel so deeply, at times I thought I might die.

Spirituality has allowed me to access my true power,
And has forced me to meet the part of me that feels completely helpless.

Healing and spirituality returned me to my soul gifts that transmute pain through sound and touch,
And it forced me into a humility that, at times, denies those very gifts.

Healing and spirituality liberated me from what did not serve me,
And brought all unprocessed trauma, memories and pain to surface to meet that liberation.

From 13+ years devoted to healing, I can tell you this - there is no soft route to true healing.
Anyone who says otherwise has either not met the depths yet, or hasn’t fully grasped what healing asks of us.
I’m sharing this for a number of reasons.

I’m seeing more and more people talking about healing from healing, and questioning the authenticity, integrity and efficacy of alternative healing modalities - and the industry at large. And there is space for those questions - there is always room for growth amongst the medicine people of today.

But there is a crucial piece of wisdom that feels missing - healing is not a journey of simply lightening the load or finding exponential liberation.

We have all been through A LOT to get where we are today, AND we all still have areas we still struggle. That will always be true and we don’t pretend otherwise.

As well as holding space for you, we are all active participants in this journey to heal, learn & grow - right alongside you.

We are in this TOGETHER. And we cannot wait to begin.
