Here at ookushana, we are devoted to supporting the healing and awakening of humanity!
We have an online healing school, as well as a physical space in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We also share offerings at other venues & retreat centres in the UK & internationally. Our vision and mission as a healing school is to help people remember their innate power, and to support the awakening of the healer within.
We offer a variety of courses & trainings in ancient & modern practices to support the holistic healing of the body, mind and spirit.
ookushana Healing School was created by Felicity Weston, a Lightworker, Medicine Woman & Spiritual Teacher, devoted to service.
We have a beautiful tribe of healers & space holders sharing their gifts with our community! Our physical space, ookushana workshop, is a wellness studio in the heart of Chapel Allerton, in Leeds. Weekly offerings include Sound Baths, Women's Circles, Yoga, Breathwork, Art & Crafts, Spiritual Book Club, Reiki Shares, and Cacao Ceremonies.
We also share regular trainings & courses in Usui Reiki, Creating Ceremony & Ritual & Sound Therapy. We are a community of teachers, healers & facilitators in a large array of holistic healing modalities. Our space serves as a place where souls with a desire to heal, learn & expand their consciousness are drawn.

Felicity, our founder, offers deep and immersive courses and trainings for healers and lightworkers in their remembering, as well as healing journeys to support our international community on their journey.

I’ve been sat with this post in my notes for a while…
Today - on UK mother’s day - it is asking to be shared.
I share this in full acknowledgement of just how blessed I am to have my husband by my side the majority of the time.
But the village… not yet.
One thing is certain, when I mother alongside other women, it feels softer, and I feel more capable and held. And joyful. And alive.
We are forced to believe we should just be happy because we have been given such an incredible gift… but this belief leads to suppression and feelings of loneliness.
Collectively, we aren’t living the way we were designed and when we become mothers that truth stings just that wee bit more - it is suddenly painstakingly clear how far we are living from connected and family-first.
I share this for all the mothers who - in moments - feel alone, lost, bereft, overwhelmed, afraid, angry, and in despair… alongside the most love they’ve ever felt.
I see you.
I am devoted to walking a different path, finding another way and returning to the village - some way, somehow, somewhere.

The homecoming to our soul gifts is deeply profound & completely life-changing.

WEalth with a capital WE lights me up from the inside out… and that’s how I know this offering is going to be something special.
Women In WEalth is a 3-part container, meeting this complex and nuanced topic from all angles:
- Deep healing
- Actionable Education
- Building together (as a WE)
The most beautiful part is that the WE section of the journey is not going to be led by just me… it’s going to be led by WE - the women who say yes to this journey. Because, of course it needs to be co-created… 👭
This section is a collaborative year long journey masterminding & heart-leading towards a better future
- only after part 1) a rigorous but integrated healing journey meeting personal and collective wounds, conditioning and belief systems with the intention to come back into right relationship with money and wealth,
and 2) receiving conscious and actionable financial education - tuning into finer details including ethics within investing.
The intention we have is so beautiful. Expansive and rooted in planetary and collective healing and evolution into a brighter and more connected world.
I feel really proud and excited for what I’m creating alongside 4 other epic women who - like me - are devoted to supporting their fellow women 💃 to break free from the lies and distortion, so together we can midwife the birth of the new paradigm.

A bitter sweet truth in these times of the deepest darkness coming to light - that I hope helps someone today 🙏
May we remember that healing is the rising of what lives in the unconscious to the conscious.
This is happening on a collective scale right now. It is a brutal but necessary part of healing - and the route to change.
This is not an invitation to bypass the very real despair we may all feel in moments… But to allow this wisdom to anchor us in trust.
Awareness is deeply uncomfortable but it holds great power as a portal to choice… and thus, change 🫶
Shout out to my Medicine Woman, for journeying into the trenches of our collective psyche with me today 🙌I am so proud of these women for their radical devotion to themselves & humanity. 🫂

Let me be clear, I am not minimising the absolute mind-blowing magic that is a woman’s ability to birth children… that’s an example of what women are capable of 🔥 and while not every woman will birth a child into this world - EVERY woman has the blueprint birthright to conceive, gestate & create…
and my womb is on fire as I write this, with excitement and this pretty desperate urge to ensure every woman realises the power they have within, and just how important it is to begin utilising it for the greater good of themselves & all.
We are living in times of great change.
Inescapable & inevitable change & it is women who are to birth the new paradigm - with conscious men tending & supporting the process.
We are midwives to the new world we so wish for & it is up to us to step forth & recognise we have been training for this for lifetimes.
Women have always been the ones who usher in new realities. And right now, a new paradigm of WEalth is asking to be born through us. One where WEalth begins with a capital WE.
Rooted in reciprocity, devotion & responsibility for all human life & beyond.
Nothing is impossible for women who remember who & what they are.

Every version of me lived inside a world that subtly and overtly tells a woman who they should be, and how they should live.
I’ve been all the things.
Too loud, too quiet, too sensitive, too open, too lazy, too ambitious, too deep, too shallow, too sexual, too frigid, too confident, too shy, too carefree, too serious, too easy going, too high maintenance.
All of it.
And all versions of me have been celebrated and adored,
and all versions of me have been criticised and hated.
Ultimately, I have unknowingly abandoned myself at most corners due to the deep conditioning we all carry … though I am proud to say this last 14 years has been a journey of shedding the s**t that confined me and slowly learning to listen and source for my truth and choosing to follow that as often as possible.
Looking back at many versions of me today… the baby, the little girl, the awkward teen, the party girl, the woman finding herself, the woman learning how to take up space, the medicine woman, the mother, the mess.
I have love and compassion and awe for every single one.
Women are f*cking incredible.
At every age, in every era of life, and however we choose to live.
Whether we birth children or not.
Whether we birth our dreams or not.
Whether we have dreams or not.
Whether we work or not.
However we live, whatever we do or don’t…
we are incredible.
Truly f*cking incredible.
I made this post about me and I’m over here feeling a bit weird about it 😝 when I see other posts about women who have done incredible things.
And yet, I’m allowing myself to see me as a woman who has done incredible things… and will continue to.
I also started adding images of the incredible women in my life then started overthinking who I might accidentally leave out 🫠
Women who love me and support me - you know who you are.
I adore you & thank you.
Women who have trusted me to hold space for their healing and remembering - thank you for your trust and your courage.
Women who have touched my life in any way … even those who have brought me pain… I thank you & I love you.

“Money is the root of all evil” … This conditioned belief runs SO deep… we are being called to heal the distortion so we can come back into right relationship with money and wealth - WEalth with a capital WE 🫂
Money can nourish life and it can perpetuate harm.
The force itself is not the problem.
The consciousness moving through it is what matters.
This is the illusion we are being asked to see through so we can clear money from
its distortion,
reclaim our power to work with it,
and redefine wealth as something
that circulates with love and life-force.

We need people who care deeply about the world to care deeply about money and building wealth.
Not because money is the “goal” but because it is a tool, and a circulator of possibility.
And right now, we need the frequency of possibility… limitless possibility.
As the world we’ve known is dismantling before our eyes, many of us are realising something important: If we want to build new systems, spaces, and futures - we will need resources.
And that includes money.
For too long, many of the most heart-led, spiritually-grounded, and caring people have distanced themselves from wealth or questioned themselves around their desires to the point of rejecting financial and material abundance and wealth.
Not all - but many.
This is usually fueled by narratives like “I don’t need for much” and “money isn’t important” shaped from deeper subconscious beliefs like “desiring money and material things makes you selfish, shallow or greedy” and “money is the source of all evil”.
But here’s the truth:
This world doesn’t need less wealth - it needs wealth that circulates and feeds all life here on Earth.
This world doesn’t need less money - it needs money in the hands of people whose hearts are truly awake.
People who circulate it, invest it, share it, and build with it - systems, spaces and opportunities that nourish life.
This is the kind of wealth I’m here for.
WEalth with a capital WE.
Not accumulation for the sake of accumulation - but WEalth that feeds the collective good.
WEalth that moves through - and to - hands that are consciously and irreversibly connected to the heart.
Hands that have done the work to heal their relationship with money.
Hands that can receive with integrity, and circulate it with trust and intention.
And just to be clear… this isn’t about bypassing the I in service of the WE.
This is not an invitation for martyrdom, saviourhood and self-sacrifice.
I also wholly believe in receiving for the sake of receiving and enjoying tangible beauty and life’s pleasures and treasures.
This is what is easy to miss: It does not need to be one or the other.

In the face of an increasingly volatile and uncertain world, I am honoured and wholly ready to be sharing such a potent and needed body of work alongside 4 other incredible women - meeting the broad, nuanced and complex topic of money and wealth from all angles: Deep excavation of the psyche & consciousness, and multi-layered healing beyond-the-I as well as actionable education and forward-thinking for how we can truly support the WE.
We are not just to opening to more with the I in mind (though this is absolutely necessary and celebrated too), but moving with the WE in heart.
Co-creation, collaboration and philanthropic ventures that create wealth that circulates and feeds something we are truly proud of. For our children and the future of humanity.
Because true wealth circulates and feeds all.
While the world’s current systems slowly dismantle, we will lay new foundations and grow new roots anchored in reciprocity.
As I know this is a sticky topic for so many and I want everyone who joins to stay fully committed even when resistance strikes, I’ve decided to offer a whole year journeying with me (and the other devoted women) to those who stay fully IN the journey (being on live calls, catching up with any lives missed & being an active paricipant from day 1) to continue growing together individually and collaboratively - creating something tangible to offer this world. A whole year after the journey ends to flow and create hand-in-hand and side-by-side, in true sisterhood and devotion to the WE.
The most expansive year of our lives - together.
Holding, encouraging and celebrating.
The intitial journey will not be quick because the work invites us deep, and it is certainly not a “how to…” money course - it is full of invitational life-transformative processes.

ookushana’s Founding Director Felicity Weston is a truly inspiring healer, facilitator & entrepreneur. Felicity works with multiple healing modalities including Reiki (she is a certified Master/Teacher), Breathwork, sacred sound & she holds a variety of impressive credentials in Shamanic Yoga, Ritual Facilitation, Holistic Wellness Coaching & Naturopathic Nutrition, among others.
Felicity offers 1:1 intuitive energy healing sessions tailored to her clients’ needs & highest good. She also offers training for all levels throughout the year in Usui Reiki.
The 1:1 energy healing Felicity offers is entirely intuitive and is evolving constantly, however always honours the Usui reiki lineage in which she is trained to Teacher/Master Level. Felicity’s healing style is unfalteringly nurturing and supportive - she wholeheartedly believes that we are all our own healers.
