CANCELLATION POLICY – DC SPORTS THERAPY
To ensure I can provide the best possible service to all clients and manage appointment schedules fairly, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Appointments
- I will reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: No charge will be applied, and I will happily rearrange your session to a more convenient time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. This covers the time reserved for you and prevents me from offering the slot to another client.
- Cancellations or no-shows: The full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is treated the same as cancelling, so the notice periods and fees above apply. We recommend checking your availability carefully before booking to avoid unnecessary charges.
Emergencies
I completely understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review each case individually and may waive or reduce fees at my own discretion.

Acceptance of Policy
By booking an appointment an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
In accordance with this a £10 will be required to secure each booking. Payment details will be provided upon booking. Thank you
