CANCELLATION POLICY – DC SPORTS THERAPY

To ensure I can provide the best possible service to all clients and manage appointment schedules fairly, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointments

- I will reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: No charge will be applied, and I will happily rearrange your session to a more convenient time.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. This covers the time reserved for you and prevents me from offering the slot to another client.

- Cancellations or no-shows: The full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is treated the same as cancelling, so the notice periods and fees above apply. We recommend checking your availability carefully before booking to avoid unnecessary charges.

Emergencies

I completely understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review each case individually and may waive or reduce fees at my own discretion.

Now that the dust and abundance of celebrations/heroes have settled. I would just like to take a minute to thank each and every one of my clients this year. I have met some amazing people this year and you all have contributed so much to helping me get to where I am now. I cant thank you all enough.

Here's to 2026, hopefully a very good year for us all and hopefully the year I can push things to the next level. I have big things i am aiming to achieve and this all starts on monday when I am back working after a short break.

£20 will cover a 1/2 hour appointment
£30 will cover a 45 minute appointment
£40 covers a full hour.

Hello guys,
As most of you who know me are aware I work tirelessly every single day. Therefore this year I have decided I will be taking a well needed break over christmas to recharge the batteries. My last available day in December will be monday the 22nd. To which I will be returning on the 5th of January very much raring to go and recharged (hopefully).
