Are you aged 18 to 24? Fancy a job 'helping others' but no idea where to start?

Whether you've never cared for anyone before or you've looked after a family member or support a friend - you probably have the values we are looking for!

We are giving 15 young people the chance to learn some care and support skills, gain a First Aid certificate with the XL Health team, get employability advice from The King's Trust and finally interview with Dale Care or Springfield Healthcare Healthcare Group LTD for a job in South Tyneside.
