It's Global Intergenerational Week, and at Springfield Healthcare, we are celebrating the magic that happens when different generations come together.

From reducing loneliness to creating a sense of belonging and community, intergenerational care is at the forefront of what we do. We are particularly excited about our new care home, Grove House in Harrogate, and its partnership with Grove Road Primary School.

By bringing the classroom into the care home, we are establishing an environment where residents discover renewed purpose and children develop lifelong social skills.

7 of our dedicated female carers recently completed a walking challenge to raise money for charity Sands - baby loss charity . The team collectively clocked up 435 miles and have raised over £1,100.
