What a way to start the New Year 💙

We are so proud to share that our Darlington team recently raised an incredible £800 for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Su***de. In December, our staff and customers came together for a festive afternoon of games, a tombola and a raffle. Every single raffle prize was generously donated by our own team members, a true testament to the spirit of Springfield Healthcare.

PAPYRUS does vital work breaking the stigma around mental health and providing 24/7 support for young people. We are honored to support their mission to save lives.

They might forget the details of a conversation, but they will remember how you made them feel. Instead of correcting their mistakes or asking "Don't you remember?", try to simply join them in their reality.

By using kind words and a patient tone, you can turn a moment of confusion into a moment of comfort. Always remember, it is better to connect than to be right.
