I was told I may never see a patient with Cholesteatoma, but I have. Thanks to our Tympa in-house ENT Consultant she is receiving the care she should have, a long time ago, and hopefully her hearing will be restored following surgery.

When you look in the ears of someone who definitely needs them cleaning out, but said client has already been told yes you do, then no you don’t £50 later!!

Narrow ear canals are not unusual. To me they are a challenge to be overcome (safely) of course.

I have access to the best technology and I show my clients what I see both before and after. No hiding behind ineptness. 😡😡😡
